***measurements will be proportionate to your design. Your design will be resized using the longest length of your image. If you need specific measurements please send us an email to let us know what sizes you need. Print prices are measured using the longest side of your design.

Please make sure your design is 300dpi with a transparent background ready to print. We will be printing exactly what you send us, but we do our best to catch any designs that are of low quality. Designs with low quality can delay your order to be printed. 

Our TAT starts from when we receive your PRINTABLE ARTWORK.

Current TAT is 1 day and 1/2 day for rush orders.

Please note:

WHEN SENDING  A PNG FILE, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRINT THE FILE.

YOU HAVE ALSO READ AND ARE AWARE OF THAT DESIGNERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

NAVANA PRINTING IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES WITH DESIGNER AFTER PRINTS ARE PRINTED.

NO REFUND on custom prints or cancellations especially when prints are already in printing production.

We are not liable for REPRINTS if you have sent the wrong artwork or chose the wrong size prints for your order.

Design Fees: 

A design fee will be agreed upon for orders without ready to print files. You may reach out to us by email navana32811@gmail.com to discuss how much your design fee for your order will be.
